Help needed with uploading images please

Hi, I've only just joined Auctiva having just set up a shop in the last couple of days. I attempted to do a draft listing earlier, but couldn't upload any photos - got the right file etc and clicked upload but it came up with a message saying failed each time.

Could this be because I'm using a Mac computer? Any opinions gratefully received!!!

Ali F,
Click on 'FIND' right above your post and type in 'MAC'. There are alot of related threads about this. Maybe something there can help.

Thanks, I managed to get the photo on now because it seems like it was something as simple as the filename being too long!! Safari crashed straight after, not sure why so my reckoning is that if I do the listing, save it and then go in and add the photo it should be OK - what do you reckon?

Sure, that should be fine. I've got a couple saved right now but I havent even taken the pics yet. As long as it's saved you're good to go
