I was filling out the new catagories section in my showcase and I cannot get it to save my catagories. I get this message, 'An error has occurred while saving your updated Custom Categories.
DETAILS: - adding - String or binary data would be truncated. The statement has been terminated.' What is wrong and what do I do to fix it?

It sounds like the category you entered was too long, try making it shorter and see if that helps. We will look into putting a fixed length on the field so that you will know what the maximum length is.

Was the catagory too long or the description words. I used a lot of decriptive search words.

It could be either, it is impossible to tell just with that error message

I can let you know exactly how many characters each field can contain in about half an hour.. but if you are using a lot of search terms then you might try reducing those, maybe break it up into a couple of categories.

looks like the max is 30 characters for category/link text and 30 characters for the description/search terms
