I AM NEW TO AUCTIVA. I REALLY LIKE IT BUT I SIMPLY DO NOT KNOW WHERE TO GO. I REGISTERED BUT I CAN'T FIND OUT HOW TO DO ANYTHING ON HERE. I CAN LIST WITH THE AUCTIVA. BUT WHEN I WANT TO ADD THE MR. LISTER, EBUD, ETC... I AM LOST. IS THERE A PAGE WHERE IT IS ALL ON ONE PLACE? IS THERE ANY PHONE I CAN CALL FOR HELP? I AM SO LOST, CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME. I REALLY NEED TO UNDERSTAND ALL OF THIS AND I JUST DO NOT KNOW WHO TO ASK. I HAVE HELPED MANY PEOPLE ON EBAY AND I THOUGHT MAYBE THERE MIGHT BE SOMEONE OUT THERE WILLING TO TALK WITH ME TO ANSWER A FEW QUESTIONS I MIGHT HAVE. THANK YOU SO MUCH AND GOD BLESS! TAMMY

Wish I could help you but I can't.

More than likely you registered for the free Auctiva. The free Auctiva is web based. I.E., meaning you have to be online to use this service.

The Mr. Lister and such are paying services that are desktop based. You don't have to be online to use this service but you do have to pay for it unless you're during a free trial period.

There is a forum below that handles eBud, poster and more. I hope you find your answers there.

Hello Donna, And thank you for taking the time to answer some of my questions. I have been registered for the free version of Auctiva for awhile now. But somehow I came across the little box at the bottom where it showed the lister and ebud and all the other tools. They look very interesting to me. So I have registered and downloaded two of them. But I do not really understand how they work. I wish there was a telephone support system for Auctiva. It would be so much easier to learn. Is there a place where you can see all your Auctiva tools on one page and you can click on the one you need? Like I use Mpire right now, but I am just not happy with it. But I do like how it has all its tools in one section. If anyone can tell me how you learn about these tools and which ones are the best to use please I would be very interested. Thanks so much for your time you have taken with me so far. Tammy
