Hi there! I just posted 10 listings with my template set incorrectly. I accidentally had photos showing on the left and text on the right, which looks really stupid with only one picture lol. It seems the only way to fix it is through the html in ebay and I don't know how to do that. I want it set with the photo on top & text centered on the page. PLEASE could someone tell me how to correct it. THANK YOU!

Hi, If you made the listing in auctiva you can go to your saved listings and edit the listing to make it however you like. Then save it. After you save it, go back to your saved listings page and check the box next to your new saved listing and click the Get HTML button at the top.

Copy the entire code you see in the HTML window and then go to your active listings page and check the box next to the listing you want to correct and click the Revise button. Ebays revision page is going to pop up. Get to ebays editor and switch it so you can insert your own HTML code.

When the code window pops up, get rid of all the code in it and paste your new code that you copied, into the editor. Now you will have your new listing you made showing when you switch it back to normal view.

If your not sure about something I have explained do not erase the code in ebay's editor until you are sure. Better to have a bad listing than none at all by erasing it and not pasting the new code. Hope this helps!

Hi denverdoni, you should see a select all button below the window. After its all highlighted just right click anywhere on it and select copy..... Or Just right click anywhere on the html code and then choose select all and then right click again and select copy...Or highlight all the code in the window and then right click and choose copy.
