HI GUYS - PLEASE HELP

I am having the problem which seems to be happening alot from what I've read, with the pictures in the window not loading, all I get is the loading picture message.

This has been happening since I first set up my Auctiva account a week or so ago. I have tried to do a File Support Request but I can't do it, it just brings up an application error.

So I have no idea how to get my problem fixed if I am unable to contact Auctiva Help Support.

Any suggestions?????

Well, I thought they might post here but this is the reply I got from Allen S. in support:
