Help please: super slow to schedule my listing now

It's definitely auctiva, don't bang your head against the wall trying to figure out what is wrong with your computer.

This happens every single sunday. Always. I'm normally a fanatic auctiva cheerleader, but after having been with them for three+ years and seeing the same issue week after week, my opinion is changing.

well i don't have this problem every single sunday...in fact..rarely ever ..but today has been pretty bad for getting listings done. it is taking me about 15 minutes to get one listing done. ..screens load super slow. ....i understand issues happen.. i wish auctiva would give us an update though on an etf...estimated time of fix!

DITTO!!! Today is THE worst day to upload, schedule, whatever. EVERYONE is online now.

Well, at least we have the forum to play on.....

IT is by far the slowest it has ever been except for the Sunday it was totally down and you can't even get a response from customer support when you submit a problem report.

I had trouble accessing "help" too but finally got it.

yay, it's not just me. Really sucks. I mean hello? How long has auctiva been around to know Sunday's are busy days? Shouldn't their system be prepared for this? Ah well, I guess I can't use them today. That's what free gets you I guess.

Community boards is the only thing working for me...

auctivas free site is better than any paying site i have ever used....and i've used a few! ...i think this has more to do with circumstances beyond their control than it does with auctiva sucking. ...i know there are some connectivity issues where some can't get on the site at all. ..i think the 'fix' they are working on is just making it painfully slow for the rest of us who can access the site.

of course i could be wrong about my opinion of what is going on.. but from following the past few days' threads..this seems to be it. ...all i really want at this point... absent a complete fix... is an update!

I am fairly sure the carrier thing is a smoke screen. I would bet that we could give our DSL carrers names here and there would be at least 15 different ones. My personally flows through Qwest .

Finally got a response from cutomer support and here is what they are telling me to do, like it will help getting listings ready for tonight.
