HELP!! Problem with listing

I don't know if it'll work but general advice is usually to clear your cache and history and reboot. It seems to help a lot of times..

Interesting you have had the same problem with the picture button that I have had. Cache/history emptying etc didn't work for me and I will now enter a support request - if Rick's advice doesn't work for you, suggest you do the same. you .

Meanwhile, best short term solution I found was to hit the enter picture button for image 2, and if that doesnt work, picture 3 and so on. When the picture loads, it seems to automatically go in to space 1 and therefore be OK for the gallery anyway.

Alternatively, save the item without a picture (and if you are listing a lot of things at the same time a reminder to yourself in the title that there was no picture - an asterisk or question mark for example), then go back into it in a few minutes and try again.

ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!! I'm having the SAME problem. I'm having to completely open up a new window and close out the old window for EACH new listing. I've been listing on Auctiva for 9 or 10 months now and yesterday it took me FOREVER to list a dozen listings. On a good day I can put out 25 or so! Today I'm having the same problem. WHAT IS THE DEAL????

I was having problems earlier too with loading images while editing my master ad. Its probably a server problem. In any case dont worry, the auctiva team will hop on it like frogs on a june bug and find out whats up.
