help requested for a Belgian seller

hi everyone
by chance I discovered Auctiva. I got very interested at once. so I signed in.
I was rather disappointed when I noticed I can only use Auctiva if I sell on E-Bay USA or UK.
What can a 'little' Belgian seller achieve on a 'big' E-Bay site ? very little.

I got a real 'wow' feeling when I could put the moving banner into my offers with one click.

my question : I suppose I still have to use Turbo Lister to create my offers. is there a way to integrate an Auctiva made template into these offers as an extra ? with html f.i. ? not that I know much about that

I need all the information I can get. so would you nice American Auctiva collegues help this stranger to save loads of time ???

Velkommen!!

Anyway, I don't see why you should HAVE to use TurboLister. Buy if you do, Create your listing, and then click the button in the top left corner of the HTML Editor. This will allow you to "get" the html text by copy and pasting it to the turbo lister's html box. You'll still be able to take advantage of the extra pics, clean format, and ease of editing. I have another question. I uploaded new items on E-Bay. But I don't see them when I open my store on Auctiva.
I've read all the help sections but I can't find the answer.
How do I upload new listings on Auctiva ?
Am I that daft ????

They should should show up in your Auctiva store but I believe it may take up to six hours.

I think it's normal that some time ellapses beween the uploading on E-Bay and their appearance on Auctiva. But 24 hours ? Isn't that a bit long ?

YEs, 24 hours is too long. If you have items listed that long ago that are yet to be imported into Auctiva, please file a support case using the appropriate link on our help page and our support staff will assist you.
