Yes...in order to adjust your Auctiva account settings to reflect your local time zone, please click the "Account Settings" link under the "My Account" tab within your account, select your local time zone from the "Preferred Time Zone" menu, and click the "Update Account Preferences". Also, if your local time needs to be shifted due to daylight savings time, check the box next to "Adjust for Daylight Savings Time" as well.
