HELP Seller details headings and preview not working

When I go to the seller details under the profiles tab I get a blank form with "switch to; Design Editor" and when i enter info in this box and hit next I get nothing. I am also not able to preview my listing for some reason so I've paid for 4 incomplete listings. I have created and saved a master profile but still only get the description showing up in my listing. Please help.

Usually there's a little delay to the screen showing up. Wait a few seconds after it is "done." If it doesn't show up then, then go back to Profiles and try again. Usually it will appear.

After hitting next you will get another blank screen for the new topic.

There are two issues that might be happening here.

1. Are you using the latest IE or Firefox browser when you use Auctiva? If not, go to the help page and download your favorite for free.

2. Do you have all pop-ups allowed for Auctiva? The preview comes up in a pop-up window.

Yep!

1) Locate your listing in your Saved Listings, folder, make any necessary changes, and save.
2) Check the box next to your updated listing in your Saved Listings folder and click the “Get html” button(this is the complete html for your listing).
3) Copy the html in the popup box.
4) Locate the item on eBay and click the "Revise Item" button.
5) Click "Edit Description" then click the "Enter your own html" tab.
6) Paste the copied html in place of what's there and save your changes.

Thank you so much for helping me! now my only problem is there are only 4 listings in my saved folder. the rest are only showing up in the imported folder.
