My store window has a wrong image of the item, I tried many solutions but cannot change the image.
Can someone tell me how please?

Is the problem with an image that has been already listed on ebay? If it is there is a way you can change this! Please let me know and I will try and help you correct this problem!

Hi BKKTech,
If it is a problem that the picture on your ebay listing is not the one you wish to show then read on!
If you make the changes needed to your listing in Auctiva and save it! Then preview the listing, right hand click your mouse over the picture that is on your new listing. Select properties now copy the picture address, this will begin with http://img.auctiva.com/imgdata.
Once you have done this go to your ebay then edit your listing using the new picture address. This is very easy to do just highlight the old picture address and paste the new one in its place. Then just save and all should now be correct!
