i think i have a start on this after reading a post by Auctiva Tom.
i went to one of my typical listings and grabbed the page source for the part that auctiva poster puts in the body of a listing.

my usual layout has a banner at the top. the red text right below it comes from a theme i have set up for the different types of items i have. the YELLOW text is from a filled in "headline" field. if there is white text next it comes from tagged font changes in the headline. next comes an item picture. i then have a section that has jpegs and other text info which is changeable but usually stays the same from listing to listing and is where i usually put info jpegs about holidays or vacations. there are then 4 picture spots which are part of an old ePoster 4 picture template. in between the pic snd below the last one are text firlds that i can rewrite for each ad. the img src for the last, group picture and any other pics i add if it is a particularly nice piece get added into that last text box which usually has cyan and yellow text. cyan is the color that was set by the theme and i change the yellow portion using html. everything below the horizontal ruled line be it text or the logo pic, is written as html and is in the old "tax" field in a listing theme.
my dream would be a template that looks like the table in all my ads and all i have to do is put in the picture urls(i host my own pics on my server)like an auctiva poster listing. and then open up an old listing in ePoster while i am writing a new ad at the free site. i then go to the "description" tab in the listing and click on the 6 fields one at a time; "headline", "description","reserve or misc. info","payment","shipping" and "tax"(by the way...i do not use these fields for what they were INTENDED....i put in all the cyan colored descriptive text in each box so they appear between the pictures) and then i can highligh,copy and paste all my old info out from old poster listings and paste the info into new freesite listings so that my ebay listings will look EXACTLY the way they have since ePoster started.
if someone here cannot do what i need....is there someone who IS able to create templates for old ePoster users?
