Help: Unable to get ebay token for auctiva

Every time I go through auctiva to get an "ebay token", I get an error message from auctiva:
"An eBay account with your eBay username already exists, but belongs to a different user. Do you have multiple Auctiva accounts?"

I may have registered for auctiva in the past, but do not know what my username would've been. I tried canceling auctiva token through ebay website, and then re-applying for token through auctiva, but i get the same error message.

Hi Slavacus,

Thanks for letting us know about this. Based on the error message you are receiving, it sounds like you are unable to create your token because your eBay account is already linked to an existing Auctiva account. The best solution to this situation would be to resume using that existing Auctiva account.

If you no longer have access to your existing Auctiva account, please contact our customer support team using the web form on the following page: http://www.auctiva.com/help/requesthelp.aspx.

As long as you include your eBay username, we should be able to locate your existing Auctiva account and provide you with a solution appropriate to this situation.
