I contacted support and got this message:

Thank you for contacting Auctiva Support. I’m sorry to hear about the difficulties you are experiencing while login to the Auctiva account.

You were facing this issue since we were updating our website and database to add new features and fix bugs. This process takes approximately 4 hours every Thursday night starting around 10:30PM PST (-8 GMT) US timezone.

Unfortunately, these maintenance periods are critical to the site's development and growth at this period of time. We know that certain users will be affected by the site updates but they must be completed.

However, the maintenance is slightly extended tonight and we apologize for the inconvenience caused due to this issue.
