I can easily drop the pictures into the window. Then I click upload. It starts uploading and either stops due to an error, or says Complete and I can never find the pictures.

I can upload fine with the basic uploader.

Anyone have an idea why this is happening or how I can correct it!

I would so appreciate any advice! Tiffany

it sounds like a browser issue.....perhaps its timing-out on you! you're not on "dial-up" are you....lol (just kidding)

i was having a lot of issues when IE7 first came out, but i think they've since fixed any of those quirks and the drag/drop works fine for me now.

not to go to the "drastic" spectrum, but viruses wreaked (sp) some MAJOR havoc on my computer causing all sorts of issues! start small though, what browser are you using? and is it "up to date" with the most recent upgrades and such??

i found that when using the new version of IE7 (before wiping my computer out due to various viruses)...that my computer would "time out" and give those kinds of error messages if i tried doing "too much" at one time. i'd have like 8-9 tabbed windows opened on one browser...try switching between them during processes and found my computer would "freeze" or get stuck a lot...

regardless, i'm getting into more serious "issues" when perhaps all you need to do is download the latest version of your browser or edit your internet options or something.

hope i didn't confuse you...lol. good luck and let us know about the "browser" you're using.

I know you posted this quite a while ago, but I use Firefox and ever since I changed, I've never had an issue. I always did with IE. No matter what version it was. I use IE to upload pictures and haven't ever had a problem, but I do everything else with Firefox. Plus Firefox has some neat add-ons too! Just thought I'd put in my two cents.
I also prefer Firefox. When using it however, none of my photos appear on my Ebay listings. I now must use IE to upload and include in my listings. Its very time consuming because IE is very slow to process uploads and Firefox is quicker. Just wanted you to know that I prefer Firefox for different reasons than the other member but still prefer it over IE
Thanks.
Discount,
I've never used Firefox to upload my pix, but I can usually do about 30 pix in less than 10 minutes with IE. That might seem like a long time to some but while I am uploading, I'm usually doing some other online tasking so it all evens out. I just think Firefox is much more user friendly and it seems to "react" better than IE, seem smoother or something.
