Help,urgent pls

When you change the header/gallery images in your listings, the scrolling gallery images associated with those listings will not update auctomatically. I went ahead and initiated a command to recreate your scrolling gallery images, so they will be updated to reflect the current header/gallery images in your listings in the next 30 minutes or so.

In the future, whenever you change the header/gallery images in your listings and need your scrolling gallery images to be updated accordingly, please file a support request using the appropriate link on our help page: http://www.auctiva.com/free-auction-software-help/help.aspx

I have exactly the same proble. I updated all my gallery iamges and photos on the listing.
Ebay is showing them correctly, but the scrolling gallery, my auctiva store and my auctiva active listings are showing the OLD photos.

Would you please help me with this? It´s been hours sice I changed them and I thought this was gonn take 2 hours.
