help with editing photos once posted listing

yes they can be changed. You need to go onto ebay. and put the discription into HTML language then change the picture name to yor new picture name. It is hard to find if you don't know what you are looking for but just look for your picture name that you want to replace.

Thanks Stephen, Ive had a look but can only find the name of the main photo and not any of the others - problem is I have no idea what I am doing with HTML's so its difficult for me to find. I just wondered once you post a listing can you change other things on it like the template ?

Yes To change the template or the images within the template of an active listings, you can revise it via the following process:

1) Locate your listing in your Saved Listings folder, make any necessary changes, and save.
2) Check the box next to your updated listing in your Saved Listings folder and click the “Get html” button.
3) Select All and copy the html in the popup window.
4) Locate the item on eBay and click the "Revise Item" button.
5) Click "Edit Description" then click the "Enter your own html" tab above the description editor.
6) Delete the html that is already there and then paste the copied html in its place and save you changes.

I've had a go and I get to the bit where you have said select all and copy html in the popup window but I dont understand what to do at this point ? I check the box and get html button but nothing seems to happen at this point, so i have nowhere to get the copied html from and nowhere for it to go! can you go over that section again please Mike. If you look at the top of the page after you click "Get html" you will probably see that a popup has been blocked. You need to go into tools/options/content (depending on which browser you are using) and allow popups from Auctiva. You should then see the html to copy and paste into your eBay listing.
