Help with gallery feature

I have decided that Auctiva is NOT for me. I have not used the service in over two weeks. I realize that all my listings had the gallery feature imported into the listing when I signed up but I have not added it to my new listings and I have also deleted it from any that I relisted. Lo and behold, the darn thing is showing up in every listing. EVEN after I deleted it. Is there a way to get rid of it and have Auctiva stop putting it in my auctions? Thanks, Eden

Hi Eden,

The store window will continue to be inserted into your listings until you disable it, which can be done at Auctiva -> My Account -> Settings. Just uncheck the box next to "Enable Auctiva store window" and click "Update account preferences." Then, the store window will no longer be inserted into your listings.

To remove the store window from your active listings you must delete the store window html from the html description using eBay's "Edit Item" form. The html description can be found at Auctiva -> Store -> Store Window -> Store Window HTML.
