Help with Listing

Trying to list items. Every time I browse the categories, or try to edit a photo, it says problem encountered auctiva needs to clse down and I have to log onto internet, auctiva and start again. Next time it works.
But I have to go through this process with every listing. Any idea why? This happened last week too. Every time you have to pull up a window for something it closes down. Thansk

Delete your temp files, close browser and then try again
