Help with moving store window to bottom of listing

Hi brucetta1,

The "scrolling" view of the store window is set to appear at the top of your listings. It can, however, be inserted at the bottom of your listings if you insert the store window html in the bottom of the html description. The store window html can be found at Auctiva -> Store -> Store Window -> Store Window HTML.

You may also want to check out the "full" view of the store window as it is set to appear at the bottom of your listings. To preview this view, go to Auctiva -> Store -> Store Window -> Edit Store Window.

...and, yes, if you copy all of the store window html and drop it at the bottom of the html view of your description box, the store window will be displayed at the bottom of your listing.

My question is WHICH description? Every listing? Or can we put the store html into a master file description just once????

Hi missmerc,

You could create an item details profile and put the store window html into the html description there. Then, when you load the profile, it would already be there.

You can do this at Auctiva -> Profiles -> Item Details.

I went ahead and tried that, and found the html view at the bottom of the description field. Took me awhile to do the listing, and lost it all.
OH YA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
When you can't "see" the html part, while trying to add text and can't "see" where it is going because the html is hidden now, uhm.....I don't think it's worth the time. Maybe its just me.

I will try another time.

I just spent an HOUR at least messing with those SYI revise pages after uploading some OLD stuff from auctiva. NEVER AGAIN.

THAT's probably why I have a distaste for auctiva, you have to revise using the SYI form, which I dislike very much.
