Help with multiple tokens!!

I've tried to sign up today and set up my store (paid the subscriptio, etc). Now I'm getting a message when I login saying that I have not generated a token - I do that and then I get a error message!

The error message is 'An ebay account with your eBay username already exists, but belongs to a different user. Do you have multiple Auctiva accounts?'

Under this error message I have Account signup completed. Welcome to Auctiva.

I can't do anything at the moment! HELP PLEASE!
