Last night I recieved emails from ebay saying that they were removing listings that someone had hacked into my ebay account and listed. I had to log into my ebay account to verify and change my password. So now even though the items have been removed, they are still showing up on the scrolling bar at the bottom of the auctions that I posted and my other items aren't. Can anyone tell me how to get them off of there and get my items back on?
Thanks! Any help would be appreciated.

Hi DeSpain6,

The reason that these listings have not been removed from your Auctiva account yet is because, when eBay detected your account had been fraudulently accessed, they also invalidated the token associating your eBay account with your Auctiva account. As a result, your Auctiva account is currently unable to update to reflect your current eBay data.

In order to correct this problem, you just need to generate a new token within your Auctiva account, which can be accomplished by clicking the "Ebay Settings" link under the "My Account" tab within your account, and then clicking the "Get New Token" link on the ensuing page. Once you have generated a new token, your Auctiva account be reconciled with your current eBay data within 6-8 hours but, if you contact our customer support team, they will be able to speed up that process for you.

In the mean time, you can also remove these ended listings from your Auctiva store by clicking the "Store Items" link under the "Store" tab within your account and designating them as "hidden". Once the ended items are marked as "hidden", they will be removed from your scrolling gallery the next time it refreshes, which it does automatically about every 4 hours.

Any additional questions or concerns? Please contact our customer support team using the appropriate link on our help page: http://www.auctiva.com/free-auction-software-help/help.aspx
