I have been talking to support for awhile now and still have not yet been able to solve my issue. When I try to generate an eBay token with auctiva it asks if I already have an auctiva account with that ebay name. Which I did at first, and I revoked it - now it says success when I generate it - and in the description says it failed, it could not retreive the user information or something of this nature, any ideas as to what is going on? I have an eBay store that I need to get listing on, and I would prefer to use auctiva to do it with.

okay the ebay token i had on this account was under an old email address, which was when i first opened my ebay account back a year or so ago, but since then i have changd my ebay email address to something different. But i just tried to use my old email address in ebay to match the ebay email address that auctiva was showing and the token works - but i do not wnt to use that old email address at all for this business how can i change the email address for auctiva, where it says "EBAY EMAIL ADDRESS" it shows paintgirl1957@yahoo.com rather than my new one I use for business, whcih is what was registered on ebay when I got this account the other day.
As far as I can see, you do not have to enter your ebay email address in Auctiva - this should be pulled automatically. The email address you put in your Auctiva account settings is independent - I know this because I have 2 completely seperate email addresses, one I use for ebay, and another I have set in Auctiva. As far as I can recall, I never entered the ebay one anywhere in Auctiva, but it shows against my ebay settings.

So Pam, have you regenerated your ebay token, after putting your new email into your ebay account settings (in ebay)?
