Help with URL forwarding

I purchased a domain name from NameCheap and I am trying to point it to my Auctiva store. I keep getting an error message. There are 2 lines to fill in, one beginning with an @ and one with www. I can't seem to get the right thing in there. My domain name is www.cowgirlsanddivasboutique.com. I was trying to set up URL direct to my Auctiva store, which looks like it is store.auctiva.com/cowgirlsanddivas. Any ideas?

Hi. All I can think of is if you're not putting the complete URL. Are you including the http:// part?

Another possibility, but it didn't give me an error when I tried it... Are you selecting URL Redirect from the drop down menu?

I tried it again with http://store.auctiva.com/cowgirlsanddivas and clicked on URL re-direct. It didn't give me an error message. I guess I will wait and see. I'm a little confused, though, because when I type this address in myself, I don't get to my store either. I think I must have something wrong in Auctiva.

Well, disregard that last part, because now it does pull up. Now, if I can just get NameCheap right, I'll be in business.

Did you get it to work? It may take a bit for it to show the transfer (can't remember for sure) but shouldn't be too long.
