Ok just spent hours setting this up. Now I know to select Ebay motors from the pull down menu. On the main "Listings" page why can I not select a Master Profile for a profile that I created for Ebay Motors?? I can if I load it from a new listing but that is an extra step and we all are using this to save time and money right?
Now for another one:
If it do it the long way and load my custom templet, It does not show the Seller Details that I created. Id does however work on the regular ebay. Is there a way to save the seller details for ebay motors?
Thanks,
Mike

Hi Mike,

Sure! In order to select a master profile when creating your eBay Motors listings, you must first create at least one master profile specifically for use with the eBay Motors site.

When you are creating your component profiles for use with the eBay Motors site, you will need to select "eBay Motors" from the "eBay Site" pull-down menu at the top of each one. Then, when you are creating your master profile to bring your individual section profiles together, you will need to do the same thing. Once you have created a master profile configure specifcally for use with the eBay Motors site, you will be able to select that profile when working with the eBay Motors lister page.

I hope this information proves useful. If you would like additional assistance, please file a support request using the appropriate link on our help page: http://www.auctiva.com/free-auction-software-help/help.aspx

Yeah I already know how to do that. What I am asking for is on the MAIN Listings page, (click on the Listing tab at the top)I CAN NOT select a Master Profile from the drop down list for a Master Profile that I already created for Ebay Motors. The only profile that shows up is the one I made for regular Ebay.com. I have created 2 profiles one for Ebay.com and one for Ebay Motors, but only one shows up on the main page. Why is that?
Thanks,
Mike
Hi Mike,

The master profiles that are available in the "Create new listing from Master Profile" pull-down menu under the "Listings" tab are those that apply to the defaul listing site set forth on your "Account Settings" page.

Therefore, if you have selected "eBay(US)" as your default listing site, only the "eBay(US)" master profiles would appear in that menu. On the other hand, if you were to change your default listing site to "eBay Motors", your eBay Motors master profiles would appear in the "Create new listing from Master Profile" pull-down menu under the listings tab.
