Okay, as you can see, I've been using an SD template. I need to change it to one of the auctiva ones. Is there a way to do this easily, or I do I have to create all new auctions here. I would like to be able to just swap out the sections of the SD code that I can no longer use. Is that possible?
Thanks!!

Tom,
I cannot *tell* you how nice it is to receive customer support replies!! I think I am going to be very happy here! So, I'm embarrassed to say it took me all afternoon, but I finally have a very rudimentary custom template. The url is http://www.practiceboard.com/?2468689. My question: Now how do I use it to list. All I can seem to figure out how to do is edit it. When I go to 'create new' under the listing tab, I don't see a way to access my template. Or, am I making this too difficult? Do I just copy and paste the html code for my template into the editor window like I just did onto the practice board?
Thanks!! Smile
Found it. And, while I was being watchful instead of hurryful (is that a word?), I also found where to enter my store categories and item specifics. I tend to learn by the seat of my pants. My children don't leave me alone long enough for me to read a whole tutorial. I really appreciate the help.

One more question: I have taken a template from the SD warehouse (with permission) and tried to use it here. I keep getting an error message that I can only have one description tag. For the life of me, I can't see that I have more than one. Here is the image on the practice board http://www.practiceboard.com/?2469793. Hope it's still there. Can you tell me why it won't save in Auctiva?
Thanks a million in advance!
~Lisa
