Alright I joined the site a few days ago. I am out of Europe and I sleep at night but I have a problem with relisting auctions/buy it now/GTC with AUCTIVA as I am new to this. I did email support off the site but still stuck.

I would like to relist all my BUY IT NOW or other auctions if they sell or not. So I was told by the service customer rep who helped me with the emails. To click on "Profile >>> Auto-Relist Profiles >>> Don't Auto-Relist based on items sold..." As of that I am kinda suck at what options to fill in next.

I did check it in and click the save button at the bottom but I keep getting this Error at the top saying "Errors were found on the page. Please fix the indicated errors before saving this profile." in red.

Then under the 2 options of Or with the check boxes next to them it says under that in red also "One relist condition must be selected above when Auto-Relist is not based on items sold."

I am lost on this part. All my auctions are still running and are ending today 5 of them and 1 in a few hours. Do I have to import my auctions first to Auctiva for it to work? Or does the auction have to end first for it to be in the system?

Thank you and sorry for posting this. I been trying to figure this out for a day before and with the emails I am still a bit confused on how to do this.

Thank you, David.

Hi TryingMyBest,

Thanks for posting your question here. First of all, in order to make sure your fixed price listings that are posting with the GTC duration relist automatically relisted, you do not have to use Auctiva's Auto Relist functionality.

If you post a fixed price listing using the GTC duration, the item will initially be posted with a duration of 30 days. However, eBay's system will automatically relist the item at the end of each 30 day stint until the item has sold or you manually end the item early through your eBay account.

On the other hand, setting up your auction format listings to relist automatically regardless of whether they sell or not would be a bit more difficult. As you noticed, our system will not allow you to save an Auto Relist profile with "Don't Auto-Relist based on items sold" selected in the "I Want to Auto Relist" section so you would also need to choose one of the other options on the right, such as the "At least ___ items are available in Inventory" option.

The only way to accomplish this through Auctiva would be to utilize our Inventory system to automatically track the quanties of these items that you have in stock. If you were to enter your items in our Inventory system, you would then be able to set up your Auto Relist Profile to automatically relist your items regardless of whether they have sold, as long as you have a certain number available in Inventory.

If you would like to learn more about using our Inventory functionality, I recommend checking out the tutorials in the section labeled "Inventory" in the bottom right of the following page of our site: http://www.auctiva.com/help/tutorials.aspx

If you need any further assistance with your account, please feel free to follow up on the support case you have already opened or begin a new case by mousing over the "Help" tab on our site and selecting the "File Support Case" option.

"If you were to enter your items in our Inventory system" How would I do this? I have 28 auctions up that are buy it now for a duration of 3 days, then 2 GTC ones.

I made them using ebay only. So do I have to import them into auctiva Inventory system first before doing the relist option? If so how would I go about this?

Sorry I never had anything confusing and the video and tutorials are not helping that much. Frown((((((((((((( I am not a newbie on computers been at it for 15+ years and I don't know why it's this hard for me.

I was hoping for "add items number you wish to relist" Options 0 item sold, 0 items not sold, 0 repost if sold or not. <--- that would be easier if you ask me. Along with times or repost once auction/BIN is done.

David.
