I think I need to post a general apology to everyone, regarding my response the other day, I am sorry to have been so rude & abrupt, I could say that my reason was that I had just spent 4 hours trying to do something that everyone said was so easy and failing, but rudeness is not excuseable at anytime so, sorry again to anyone that I may have offended
