Hi all
I signed up to auctiva yesterday and i have trouble that all my current listing on ebay had gone so I decided to de-activate my auctiva account yesterday also and now I learn that nothing wrong with it. It happened because Ebay will relist all my auctins again after I sign up to use Ebay token with auctiva and it took 4 hours to have my auction show up again. However I already canceled my auctiva account since yesterday but I consider to activate my auctiva account after all my current listings are close because I dont want to waste another 4 hours to relist my listing auctions again and before I do that I have some questions :

1.How come the auctiva window store still in my listing auctions and how to get rid of it?

2.Do I have to pay any type of fee to auctiva when my auction close ( even I do all my listing auction on Ebay and didnt use the auctiva to do my list yet)

Best regards
Rose

Hi rose32580,

A) The store window is still present in your listings because the store window HTML is present in the description HTML of your listings. If you would like to remove the store window from your current listings, you must delete the store window HTML from them, by revising them via the following process:

1) Click the "Revise your Item" link on the item.
2) Click "Edit Description"
3) Click the "Enter your own HTML" tab on the description editor.
4) Hold "CTRL" and press "F" to initiate a Windows "Find" command.
5) Enter "asw" in the "Find" field, and click "Find Next". The text "asw" will become highlighted, which is the beginning of the store window HTML.
6) Delete all of the description HTML from the "asw" to the bottom of the editor.
7) Save your changes.

B) No, you will not have to pay any fees to Auctiva pertaining to these listings. Auctiva is an entirely free service so, even if you had posted these listings through Auctiva, the only fees you would be responsible for paying are the standard insertion fees, marketing tool fees, and after sale fees.

You can even save money listing through Auctiva by taking advantage of our free cross promoting store window, free unlimited image hosting, free templates, free scheduling, free super-sized images, integrated checkout, and more. You can also put up to 16 images in each listing through Auctiva without being assessed any additional image fees by eBay.
