I sent in a support ticket several days ago to Auctiva and am still unable to list using the higher rates. They are working on it. Thought you book sellers might want to know and perhaps input.

As noted in my previous response, our engineers are aware of this issue and are working on the resolution. I have no ETA on when this solution will be available, but will update this thread as soon as there is a fix or more information becomes available.
