Hits on Active Listings

My listings haven't shown any hits since 3/22, but I am selling item, so I know they are being visited! I contacted Sellathon, and they said everything was operating on their end and to contact Auctiva. Why is this happening, and when will it get fixed? Berty

It seems mine stopped about 4 days into the auction as well, its impossible no one was viewing the item the other three days, all of my auctions stopped receiving hits. But I have never, never been able to log into Sellathon...
