I have found it a great tool to be able to go see my active listing page and see how many watchers there are and how many hits there have been. For some reason all the fields now have N/A next to them..any suggestions to get it back?

Hi it seems they are very slow with updating this.For example I have an item listed that eBay shows 118 hits on it with 18 watchers and auctiva is showing 97 hits and 14 watchers. I also listed 4 identical listings yesterday and 2 show hits and watches and 2 do not.It is really more irritating than anything I think.

The number of hits each listing has received will only be displayed on your Auctiva "Active Listings" page if you are using the Sellathon counter provided by Auctiva. Provided that your listings contain the Sellathon counter, the "Hits" column on your "Active Listings" page should be updated about once every 6 hours.

Just curious. What good is the page if its 6 hours out of date? Any plans for this to speed up or is it too complicated?

I check it quite regularly and find it a great tool to get some idea of how much interest there is in any listing. At least for me, not many items get great play until the very end...so to see that there are 113 hits on an item and 22 people have added it to their watch lists...even if there are NO bids as yet, I can get a good idea about whether it will go at the end or not. On the other hand, if there is NO interest, I try to determine if it is the title, the description, or even the category...and go revise. 6 hours behind is not even a factor, at least for me.
You can get that from the counter except it counts you when you look. Of course the counter is a little behind also.
