Will someone at auctiva PLEASE let us know what is going on!! Some idea how long these problems are going to last??
I am sorry but this is NOT what I would consider to be WORLD CLASS RELIABILITY!! If this is going to continue I NEED TO KNOW!! So I can try to find some other way to list my items. As it is I have not been able to list but one auction for four days.

I got 2 listings in on Sunday, one on Monday and one earlier today (Tuesday) much of the day the site is down and with no explination as to why.... it is extremely frustrating. I keep trying at different times of the day and the only time I seem to chatch the site while it is in working order is early am or late pm, too bad I have a regular sleep schedule or I could stay up all night...

Our engineering department is aware that many of our users are still receiving server error messages on the Auctiva site and resolving this issue is our number one priority at present.

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience with regard to this matter.

I'll post again to this thread when I know any more pertinent information related to this issue.
