Hello all; I'm new to the Auctiva community.

However, I've already run into a problem. I've tried scheduling 6 items I want to launch on eBay on Sunday night at 7. So twice I've scheduled these items to post at that time, and both times I check the items the next day and they FAILED to post. Every time the error message says: "API error; Must create an eBay seller account."

The problem is... I've ALREADY created my ebay Seller account... I have my credit card stored and everything. Even after I've set the account up I'm getting the same error when I schedule these items to list.

I've read through and it seems like some people are having similar problems to this, but I haven't seen anyone ask about the same error message as this. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this? The whole reason I signed up for Auctive is so that my auctions can be launched automatically while I'm not here to launch them on Sunday night. If I have to do it manually...

Anyway, thanks in advance for any help.

I've never seen that error before either, or recall it being posted in the Forum.

Are they just simple auctions?

Are you listing them as a "Store" inventory item and not subscribed to Store at ebay (best guess)? Also, even if you have a Store account, I believe you need to meet minimum qualification for Buy-It-Now and Quantity > 1 item, e.g. number of prereq. feedbacks (but that's usually a different error). However, I located a sinatar87 on ebay with a "2" feedback, which would not qualify (if it's you) for a Store (BIN) listing for either case. Here's the policy on BIN:

I would enter a Support Case and ask the Auctiva folks to check the error (see HELP at top of page).
