How can I get the combination feature to work when listing with Auctiva?

I used Selling Manager Pro to manage my auctions and store listings. I have it set to combine multiple buys which works when I use Turbo Lister to list. When I use Auctiva my buyers wins won't combine or show a combine button on Selling Manager Pro. Is there something I've missed to enable Auctiva to allow combinations? Will have to leave Auctiva if there isn't a work-around. Thanks, Pam

Do you have Auctiva's checkout enabled or does your checkout/invoicing go through eBay?

Hi desertbabydoll,

You can send combined invoices through Seller Manager Pro for items that went through Auctiva checkout. The only situation in which you would not be able to do this is if your are trying to combine an eBay checkout item with an Auctiva checkout item.
