I would like to relist some of the same items I am now selling next week. I would also like to schedule my listings before my current week sale ends. How can I relist a active lising before it goes into the closed file.

A RELIST (by definition) is only done on a closed/ended listing. That's especially important for ended auctions with no-bids or didn't reach reserve, so you can take advantage of relist fee credit on a 2nd pass (if it sells). Essentially, there's no relist without an end of list, i.e. it's closed.
If you simply want to list (same), so it's concurrent to end of a listing, just do standard submission from your Saved Listings for that scheduled time. I'll only point-out that there may be risk if it's not a stocked item, i.e. you sell one at the last minute on the original listing and don't have another to satisfy the new listing.
