how can I select my ebay store category? | Auctiva

When I list there is no option for store category the listing just goes into my "other items" category what can I do about this? thanks!

Click the My Account tab, the go to eBay Settings, click Update categories from ebay.
Something like that.

i would love to have this option. remembering to categorize all my listings after they start is annoying, not to mention tedious and time-consuming.

It should be available to you, if you have an Ebay store.

On the listing page there is a drop down for Store Category 1 and Store Category 2. If I select a category on the first one do I need to select a second category or can I leave it as is and the listing will automatically show up in the first category?

Hi,

You do not need to use the second category if you don't want to.
