Hey i need a little help, I have store listings ending left and right and I would like to relist them, through auctiva, in the good till canceled format. How do I go about doing this, do I do it from Auctiva or eBay...I list everything through Auctiva so would like to really know how to do it from there, any one know? Thank you in advance to anyone who takes the time to help me.

Hi! I hope this will help...when I do a relisting of a store item, I go to the Listings tab and click on Closed listings. I click on the listing I want to relist and hit the "relist" button--that takes me to another page where I can hit a button that says "Edit Items". That is where I can change the item's duration (under the "duration" column, there's a drop-down menu that lets you change it to "good til cancelled" listing.) I don't know if there's a way to go in and change all of your active listings to that format, but you can certainly change all of your future listings...
