Apologies for what may seem a very basic question but I am at the beginning of my Auctiva relationship and still very, very green!

I have ended a listing early, want to relist the item but add an Auctiva template first.

The listing shows in my closed items and from what I can see my only option is to click Relist which takes me to the eBay pages without allowing me to add an Auctiva template first.

Is it possible to copy the item to another folder or "sell similar item", add an Auctiva template and then list?

Or do I have to either relist it without the new template or start over with a brand new listing?

Hi acsgifts,

Welcome to Auctiva! Our software does not currently offer the ability to revise items prior to relisting them, however, we will be adding this functionality to the Auctiva website as part of our next release, which will take place later this month. In the mean time, the following options are available:

1) The first would be to check the box next to the item on your "Closed Listings" page and click the "Import Listings" button, which will send the listing to your "Saved Listings" page, from where you will be able to easily make the desired changes and re-post the item. However, an item posted in this manner would be considered a "new" listing, so you would not be eligible for the listing fee reimbursement from eBay if it selles the second time around.

2) In order to accomplish this and remain eligible for the listing fee reimbursement from eBay, you would need to relist the item as-is through Auctiva or eBay, and then revise the item after it is posted to apply Auctiva's templates and design features.

Any additional questions? Please file a support request using the appropriate link on our help page: http://www.auctiva.com/free-auction-software-help/help.aspx
