I have many saved listings on Auctiva and need to create a new eBay seller account. Can I change my info on Auctiva so I can still use the saved listings to post to eBay under the new seller account?

I don't think you can do that by yourself...not sure. You may have to file a support request and see if Auctiva will move things over for you if your listings are saved under another ID....

In order to post your current saved listings into a different eBay account than your Auctiva account is currently associated with, you will need to generate a new token associating your Auctiva account with your new eBay account. This can be accomplished by clicking the "Ebay Settings" link under the "My Account" tab within your Auctiva account, and then clicking the "Get New Token" link on the ensuing page.
If you will still be using the eBay account that your Auctiva account is currently associated with, I do NOT recommend updating your eBay token in the manner I have described above because using a single Auctiva account with 2 different eBay accounts can create various problems with your scrolling gallery. Therefore, if you will be using Auctiva with 2 separate eBay accounts, I recommend opening a second Auctiva account for use with your new eBay account and starting from scratch.
