I'm sorry that you haven't recieved an answer on this forum. Perhaps you already have an answer by now. If not, then I believe that you must file a Support Request. ('Help' tab on top of Auctiva screen) Once you are on the help page, scroll all the way down to the bottom to see the support request link.
When you ask them to change your username, make sure you tell them what you would like to change it to so that they can do it for you.
You may also have to change any relevant Ebay information and get a new Ebay Token so that both areas don't get confused.
