how do i check to see if i am registered as a seller?

sorry for this silly question. i've used ebay for a while but i am only now starting to sell on ebay. how do i check to see if i am registered as a seller?

i am using auctiva but when i tried to post my listing i receive this api error - Your weekly selling activity limits have been exceeded, or the user has not registered as a seller. Please check eBay for selling requirements.

dont remember the number , but if you have very little feedback they will only let u list a few items till feedback is higher

First of all, read this link from Ebay's help pages :

To check if you've create a seller's acct (which you must have, judjing by the wording of Ebay's message) go to your 'my ebay' page...on the left there will be a section that says 'all selling' with sold, unsold, etc below it. If you have no selling acct it will just show as a link that says 'start selling now'.
