How do I display more than 8 on Auctiva's store window?

I have seen couple people had this feature. Is it upgrade? They had over 15items in one page excluding featured items! Is that possible is so, how do I change it?

I've got 12 in mine right now, which may be what they've reduced it to for the time being. It seems to fluctuate depending on problems they're having. It was up to 16 for a while and the plan is to take it up to 20 eventually..

If you've still only got eight you might file a support request.

Hi,
I'm having this problem as well - it's only showing 8 of my items. Photo's for 3 of them aren't appearing on my storewindow. Can anyone help me as I am new to Auctiva.
