I found Auctiva only shows "start price", "buy it now price", and "reserve price"... how do i do "or best offer? "

It is not a choice offered in that area of the listing.
Scroll down to where you put your price in, there is a small box just below that...
next to the box it reads "accept offers from buyers" or something to that regard

Thank for the quick response... the only check box i see from the price area is "private auction"... would that be it? i tried to check that box and do a preview but i dont see the "or best offer" icon... oh... I am trying to do free shipping too... i put down zero for the shipping cost and i dont see the free shipping logo from the preview either... please help! thanks so much!

Been a long day here & the only thing popping into my head is maybe try rebooting your computer?
Sometimes the browsers are slow bouncing back when there are site glitches.
If rebooting doesn't fix it maybe there are options not set right?
I can't remember back that far when I first started using Auctiva if there were options/settings for listings.
I'm sorry...off to bed to watch a movie with my big guy.
If I don't see any other help posted here for you tomorrow when I peek in I'll take a look around & see if I can find another possible solution for you.

You have to check off Fixed Price at the top of the page...after you enter your BIN price there will be a little box underneath to 'accept best offers'. Check that and you're all set.
As for the shipping...putting a zero in is correct. You will see it on your prieview page at the BOTTOM of the listing, but once it's posted to Ebay it will show at the top like it normally does.
