I have a big block motor listed and I cant find the right category to put it in ,auctiva has absolutely no category for this type of listing?????

How about Ebay Motors?? It's in the dropdown box at the top of your listing page where you would choose Ebay U.S. or Ebay UK etc....
To use that drop-down feature for eBay Motors, you have to start from scratch with a new listing. You cannot 'list a similar item' and use the drop-down, it won't work.

I cannot find eBay Motors as a category at all...on new listings. Why? I check every once in awhile and I've never been able to use eBay motors when doing my Auctiva listings. It's a real problem for me!
When you are on the Create an eBay Listing page, there is a box at the top- it says 'eBay site'. Click on the arrow next to United States, a drop-down should appear and eBay Motors should be one of the options toward the bottom along with eBay Motors-parts & accessories. Just click on one of those options and you should be good to go.
