I just started auctiva today. I was sick and tired of having to take over an hour everyday to put my ads on Ebay. So, I hope this will help - the testimonials sound encouraging!

After I went through the process of submiting an Ad on Ebay through auctiva- I noticed that SOME of my Ebay ads from my Ebay store are listed in my Auctiva List of ads - DITTO my pictures - only SOME are in my Auctiva list of pictures available. Not sure how ANY of them came over as I didn't do anything but input ONE ad as a "buy it now". I have bunches of Ads in my Ebay store - can I just "press a button" and have all of them transfer over - or do I do this piecemeal?
Also, is there a form to fill out so that certain ads will ALWAYS be submitted at a certain time each day?
Thanks so much! I really appreciate your site! Especially the Larger and Multiple FREE Picture options!

OK, I guess I am a little slow on the Auctiva Learning Curve, but when I go to the "closed listings" page and "use the import button", nothing happens! I have tried every possible configuration and I always get "no end listings found" I am sure it is really obvious and I am just not seeing it. Please advise(how to move all my Ebay items over)!! Thanks so much for your time!! (How do you make money on this site? I see NO ads, and NO upgrade fees! WHAAAAA??!?!) ~cas
Wait for your ended listings to show up there. They may not be there yet and it may take us a day or two for them to all show up. Sorry, but there are so many that it takes us a while to get to them.

Once they are there check the boxes for the ones you want.

You can also file a support case on our help page and ask us to import them all. They may just give the same instructions though. Or do the process for you that I'm saying. So if they aren't there yet it may not help. I'm not sure if the support people have a backdoor to getting them quicker or not, but you could try asking there.
