I can't figure out how to get the auctions in my closed file back into a file where they can be edited and uploaded again. Help please!

Hi,
If they were launched from Auctiva, they will be in the Saved Listings tab. If not, the easiest way I found for myself was to create a new listing and just cut and paste the information from the description into the item description editor. Let me know if this doesn't help. I am glad to assist.

I did launch them from Auctiva, but they are not in my saved tab. I guess I will be cutting and pasting.

I am having the same problem. Listings I launched about 2 weeks ago are not saved, even though some of them are at the Ebay Store. I think we need Jeff or one of the Auctiva guys to help us here!
