To create a listing that requires the bidder have a Paypal account, just check the "Require Immediate Payment" box under the Paypal email address field in the checkout options section of our listing page.
If you select this option, your buyer will have to pay immediately via Paypal after winning your auction.
Thanks Mike! But that's not quite what I need. When I list on eBay, there is a place where I can set it so that a bidder MUST have a PayPal account to be able to bid.
When I list on Auctiva, I have to go back and revise so that is in there.

When you block a person, they can no longer invite you to a private message or post to your profile wall. Replies and comments they make will be collapsed/hidden by default. Finally, you'll never receive email notifications about content they create or likes they designate for your content.
