I have been told that the html code auctiva gives us can only be used on ebay, but that there is an adjustment you can make so that it will post correctly to outside webpages. Does anyone know what this adjustment is? I tried contacting auctiva about it but they just referred me to another topic which didn't help me.

The only luck I have had , beyond widgets or boxnet is a paid service .I use a mystoremap that posts nicely anywhere in httml . It links to my eBay listings, which are all auctiva templated with my store .
However I am a bit novice with coding and others may know better .
I started joining a bunch of antique / collectable groups on the space . I am having mixed results with the groups so far .
Hi abmcali,

The scrolling gallery HTML, as available in your Auctiva account, is configured only to work on eBay auction pages. However, the scrolling gallery can be altered to work on eBay store pages and non-eBay pages by making a slight change to some of the Java Script in the scrolling gallery HTML.

Additional instructions on exactly what code changes need to be made for the scrolling gallery to function on non-eBay pages can be found on the following thread of out forum: https://community.auctiva.com/groupee/forums/a/tpc/f/255609321/m/5051012061. I seem to remember hearing that it won't work on My Space, but it's worth a shot.
