How do I know where Purchase was generated from???

When I sell something and get the notice from ebay and payment has been made via PayPal, how do I know when a purchase was generated though the Auctiva Store as opposed to the eBay store? I have looked but cannot find an answer to this.
I have had a Auctiva Store now for over a year but not once have I seen anything that tells me a customer bought the item out of Auctiva or my ebay store. Since they are both advertising the same things simutaneously what can I look for, this is so nebulous and believe it or not that thought just occured to me? I would really like a concrete answer on this so I can track my inventory.
